That’s exactly how the Human Firewall Tour came to life; two opposite skill sets colliding at full force, creating an explosion of flavor nobody saw coming but every organization needed.

For 30 years, Alice rocked senior business and HR leadership roles in Corporate America, taking her coast to coast, wherever her culture expertise was needed. She then left corporate life to help Fortune 500 giants like Costco, Salesforce, Starbucks, Edward Jones, and T-Mobile build cultures of change and belonging through engaging virtual and in-person speaking engagements. Her innovative leadership techniques are featured in over 30 Pluralsight courses and brought to life in company meeting rooms and on conference stages throughout 15 different countries.

Meanwhile, Dale spent his career neck-deep in tech infrastructure, training IT teams across the U.S. to defend against cyber threats; working alongside Inc. 500 companies, universities, and divisions of the Department of Homeland Security, helping IT teams keep their companies safe, relevant, and breach aware. A Certified Ethical Hacker holding credentials of: CEH | CIE | MCT | MCSE and more. Dale is also a top-rated Pluralsight author with over 70 cybersecurity and tech courses. He has published three books: The OSINT Handbook (2024), Certified Ethical Hacker Exam Guide (2023), and Hacking Tricks, Methods, and Offensive Strategies: Digital Reconnaissance (2025).
